Gerry A. Reitsch has been an attorney since 1965, helping clients with a broad range of legal matters.  He practices in real estate law, including eminent domain, and state, local and municipal issues, contracts, business and commercial law and organizations, employment law, communications and media law, estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate.  Mr. Reitsch is admitted to practice in Washington, the U.S. District Court Western District of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  During his career, Mr. Reitsch has made his mark on the law by participating in several published cases.  He is also an author, having penned the Washington Section of the 50 State Survey of Privacy Law, published by the Media Law Resource Center.  He has worked on that project annually since 1995.

Mr. Reitsch belongs to several professional organizations, including the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association and their Litigation Section and Forum Committee on Communications Law.  He has served as President of the Cowlitz County Bar Association and has been a member since 1965.

Mr. Reitsch earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington in 1965.  He also obtained a Bachelor's degree in history and political science from the University of Washington in 1963.
